Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal shifts 2026-2035 using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Develop innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Curate and analyze emerging tech signals from global labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Advise on regulatory frameworks and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotechnology landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business opportunities
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
