Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to predict technological, societal, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions
- Present trend forecasts and risk assessments to executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible R&D initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with horizon-scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
