- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and design thinking
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board and executive leadership
- Overseed implementation of pilot projects for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF preferred)
