- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive scenario planning for potential future market disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
