Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation strategies
