Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present trend briefings and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI, neuro-interfaces, and climate engineering
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using Delphi methods, scenario planning, and signal detection
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, clean energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused strategies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
