Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy paradigms into corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-focused innovation priorities
- Author white papers and market intelligence reports on paradigm-shifting developments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough innovations
- Design scenario-planning models for exponential technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with experience in trend visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting business landscapes
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight methodologies
