Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast 2026+ opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Quantify innovation ROI through KPI frameworks and impact assessments
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation preferred
