Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
