- Build strategic alliances with academic research labs and think tanks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Keynote speaker at top-tier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Portfolio of 3+ patents or breakthrough innovations
