Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging global trends across technology, society, and markets to inform long-term strategy
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight reports with actionable innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential integration into core business
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor senior leadership on adaptive strategies for exponential change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
