- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation incubation portfolio
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and future-focused entities
- Author the annual 'Future State' industry forecast report
- Mentor a 5-person futurist innovation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
