- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate prototyping cycles
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-ready talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence domains
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
