Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market signals to identify opportunities for 2026+ horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic models and impact assessments for future business environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend reports and innovation briefs for executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social indicators affecting industry evolution
- Represent company at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, predictive analytics platforms)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
