Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for future market disruptions and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize 2026 strategic opportunities
- Produce high-impact executive reports and predictive trend briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered trend analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive committee
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications preferred
