Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Produce scenario-based analyses for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry partnerships to validate future trend hypotheses
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
