Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI convergence
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futurism, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight journals
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions
