Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential opportunities and disruptive threats
- Produce strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present executive-level insights through compelling visualizations and storytelling
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences
