- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through patent analysis, academic research, and startup scouting
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, market research, or technology analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proficiency with AI/ML tools (Python, TensorFlow) and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated experience translating complex insights into executive communication
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with portfolio of published foresight work
