- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ product innovation
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design scalable prototypes and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in futures planning
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and agile development
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) a plus
