- Manage $15M+ R&D budgets for future technology incubation projects
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy
- Coordinate with product teams to integrate future technologies into current roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation funding
- Global network of tech innovators and research institutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
