Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive tech trends
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future technology forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Ensure all innovations align with ESG principles
- Manage innovation incubator projects with $10M+ budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
