Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and evaluate their applicability to our core products.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies to determine viability and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for future initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market shifts to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
- Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with startups and research institutions focusing on future tech.
- Implementation Planning: Collaborate with engineering teams to create pilot programs and transition strategies for new technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Architecture) with a focus on future applications.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on future market opportunities.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to completion.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
