Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-thinking tech roadmaps for 2026 digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven sustainability solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-digital interfaces)
- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley's most disruptive startups and research institutions
- Present visionary tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical AI implementation and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading AI/ML transformation projects at scale ($50M+ budgets)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Exponential Tech Leadership (ETL) or equivalent
- Experience with bio-digital interface development and neuro-ergonomics
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE Future Directions Committee, or similar bodies
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
