Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define and execute a long-term technological vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) and evaluate their viability for production use.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems that can handle next-generation data loads and AI complexity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to bridge the gap between theory and implementation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate external vendors and partners to ensure our technology stack remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Prototyping & R&D: Spearhead internal hackathons and experimental projects to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (Masterās or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and machine learning frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify trends 2-3 years ahead of the curve and apply them to business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving unstructured problems and driving innovation in ambiguous environments.
