Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement high-level system architecture strategies that align with the specific operational goals and technological standards set for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Cloud) to ensure our infrastructure remains ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership, ensuring alignment on long-term vision.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul current operational workflows to integrate future-proof methodologies, improving efficiency and reducing technical debt.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Compliance & Standards: Establish and enforce technical standards and compliance requirements for all future system deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex scalability and performance issues.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
