Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end transformation roadmaps for 2026-2030 technology adoption cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-driven automation and quantum computing pilots
- Develop ESG-compliant digital frameworks aligned with 2026 sustainability mandates
- Champion human-centered design principles in all digital transformation initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring ROI on futuristic tech investments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scaling AI/ML implementations at enterprise level

- Experience with ESG tech compliance frameworks (TCFD, SASB)
- Strong background in agile/scrum methodologies for complex projects
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or digital transformation
