Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration into existing AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for cutting-edge quantum-AI projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying quantum algorithms at scale (e.g., Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and large language model optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in government or corporate R&D funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in cybersecurity for quantum-vulnerable systems
