Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI Initiative, focusing on AGI readiness.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to build next-gen autonomous agents.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing and Neural Interface design.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and future-proof system architectures.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to align technical strategy with business vision.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of futuristic tech stacks, including LLMs, Transformers, and quantum algorithms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performance teams.
- Experience in driving innovation and "blue sky" research projects.
