Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems for the '2026' roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale AI systems or equivalent research experience.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Demonstrated experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
