Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams for the 2026 market.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to integrate emerging technologies such as generative AI and predictive modeling into core product ecosystems.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize existing codebases to ensure zero-latency performance and maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Systems Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with distributed systems is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
