Responsibilities
- Lead development of responsive, accessible websites and web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing performance testing and monitoring
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect front-end implementations
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (payment gateways, CRMs, analytics)
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with strong portfolio of responsive web applications
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience with Node.js, Express, and server-side JavaScript development
- Proficient with version control (Git), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and build tools (Webpack)
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
