- Optimize system performance, reducing latency by 30%+ quarterly
- Champion best practices in testing, security, and observability
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders through clear documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Strong background in RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex algorithms
