Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend systems using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies
- Lead architectural decisions for microservices deployed on AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
