You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize operations, and deliver actionable insights that shape organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure campaign effectiveness and business performance
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and identify anomalies in operational data
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with healthcare data compliance (HIPAA) and data governance frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
