Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models and database architectures to support business intelligence needs.
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into structured, usable formats.
- Create interactive visual dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools to track KPIs and key business metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives and improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (must be able to write complex queries and joins).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
