Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support Reporting: Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business stakeholders.
- Data Visualization: Utilize tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present complex data findings in a clear, visual format.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- No Experience Required: While prior professional experience is not mandatory, a strong academic background in data or math is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality and logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
