Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities in healthcare operations data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time dashboards for clinical operations teams
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with healthcare industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with A/B testing and regression modeling experience
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Cloud Analytics preferred
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse architecture
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment
