Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future tech into current platforms
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting our 2026 vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-tech initiatives
- Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
