Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement solutions to improve operational performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data quality and maintain data governance standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Shift Requirements: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
