Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital ecosystems and immersive interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Present future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies by 2026
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem mapping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, CFS)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ horizon scanning projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong executive communication for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
