Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and ensure quality releases
- Perform regression testing and compatibility checks across browsers/devices
- Create detailed test plans and test case documentation
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and QA process refinement
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience or relevant technical education
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (manual, automated, regression, smoke testing)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
