Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems
- Assist with network troubleshooting and peripheral installations
- Document incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers and AV equipment
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Participate in weekly skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, OS fundamentals, and networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid California driver's license for equipment transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Pass background check and drug screening
