Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using Java, Python, and AWS services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues during weekend cycles
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline development workflows
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security best practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development with cloud technologies
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or C#)
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with remote team collaboration experience
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM - 8 PM)
