Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and languages
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement feature-rich solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing systems
- Ensure application scalability, security, and performance across platforms
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with frameworks like React or Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a weekend-shift environment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
