Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software applications serving 2M+ users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and conduct rigorous testing to ensure system reliability
- Optimize application performance and scalability using cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Lead weekend sprint planning and deployment ceremonies
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and emerging technology research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Expertise in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-level applications serving 100K+ users
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging complex distributed systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and weekend deployment cycles
- Portfolio demonstrating contributions to production-level applications
