Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance data.
- Design and maintain automated reports and dashboards for the weekend operations team.
- Collaborate with the product team to interpret data and optimize user engagement strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms during off-peak hours.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast future trends and support decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc data queries to support urgent business inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during weekend shifts.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
