In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will support our operations by ensuring data accuracy, generating comprehensive reports, and visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Report Generation: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports for stakeholders using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases, writing complex SQL queries to retrieve necessary information efficiently.
- Collaboration: Partner with the core operations team to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automation strategies to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data and ensure 100% accuracy in reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
