Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide weekly performance summaries
- Collaborate with business units to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance protocols and documentation
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during weekend operational hours
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI dashboard development
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes preferred
