Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control processes
- Collaborate with weekend operations teams to resolve data-driven issues
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc data requests for weekend business initiatives
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Experience with weekend or overnight shift work preferred
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics tools a plus
